The town emblem was adopted on Nov 16th 1960 by Ordinance No 108 but
there is no flag law.
The white flag has a green town emblem in the center.
The town emblem is a stylized katakana タ Ta of Tara.
It represents a search for a great hope and idea and the development
by restless efforts.
