The town emblem was adopted on May 21st 2005 but there is no flag law. The
white flag has an orange, blue and light blue three color town emblem in the
center. The emblem is a stylized N of Nishi Izu which is an image of the town
with beautiful evening sun. The orange color stands for the sun and the blue for
the sea.
