(in English). Unfortunately no info on the gonfalon.

text refers to 21 flags at the building, including the shown flag
with the logo of the University and a flag of the Facoltà di

In the recent matches between Bologna and Sporting Lisbon
quite a number of fan flags where seen, from the Bologna side.
one was a white flag with a red and blue diagonal and the other
one a blue-red-white vertical tricolor.

In the Bologna historical center, city ads for cultural events
are pasted on metal gonfalone-shaped poster holders as seen at my photo at flicker,
complete with (metal) cords and tassels.
