The Université Le Havre Normandie is member of the Global U8 Consortium,
an alliance of universities established in 2004 by the Xiamen University
(China). Other members are Universiti Malaysia Perlis (Malaysia), the
University of Hull (UK), Inha University (South Korea), the Otto von
Guericke University Magdeburg (Germany), the University of Fortaleza
(Brazil), and the University of Haifa (Israel). The flag of the Global U8 Consortium is white with the alliance's logo.
