There was an older version pre-2007. I have tried to find a photo of it, but I only have my old notes. Attached is my version of the pre-2009 CDB flag. I am not sure what year it was adopted.

The first flag of the Caribbean Development Bank was this organization's flag until 2007 when it adopted a new logo.  The old flag was the old CDB seal which was a gray map of the region with the lat. & long. lines and a white sea.  The seal had a color ring around it, which looked like the same color as the edge of the seal, centered on a blue background. The blue is the same as the current flag. They should both be the same color. It has a typical 1970's style about it.
