The Conway Ensign may still be flown, there are strict rules
however. The yacht must be registered in Great Britain either under Part 1 of
the Merchant Shipping Act or under the Small Ships Register. It must be owned by
an ex-Conway cadet. You must belong to The Conway Club Cruising Association ...
You must fly the Conway Ensign and Burgee together."
