Adur District Council is a non-metropolitan district in Sussex (or West
Sussex). Its flag is white (or little grayish) with district logo on it:

It is working in partnership with Worthing Borough Council with some
joint bodies, and sometimes uses Adur and Worthing Councils title, including
some logos, but no flag, as far as I know.
Adur District has three
parishes: Coombes, Lancing and Sompting, but Coombes is too small and has no
council, but is governed by a parish meeting. Flag of Lancing PC I already sent,
but for Sompting I didn't find one.
