Flag quartered saltirewise, the top and bottom triangles showing nine stripes yellow-red-etc. (YRYRYRYRY), the hoist and fly triangles blue strewn with yellow fleurs-de-lys each as high as 3/16 of the flag's height and as wide as 1/12 of the flag's length, six of them [on each triangle] complete and fully visible.
