The municipality of San Martín de Trevejo (778 inhabitants in 2019; 2,382 ha) is located on the border with Castilla y León (Province of Salamanca), 120 km north-west of v and 50 km north-west of Coria.

Flag of San Martín de Trevejo

The flag of San Martín de Trevejo (photo, photo), adopted on 8 July 1998 by the Municipal Council and validated on 5 October 1998 by the Assessing Council of Honors and Distinctions of the Government of Extremadura, is prescribed by an Order issued on 6 November 1998 by the Government of Extremadura and published on 5 December 1998 in the official gazette of Extremadura, No. 140, pp. 9,042-9,043 (text).
The flag is described as follows:

Flag: Rectangular, in proportions 2:3. A white bend (in width 1/5 of the flag's width) running from the upper angle to the hoist's upper angle to the fly's lower angle, the triangle at hoist green and the triangle at fly blue. Charged in the center with the municipal coat of arms in full colors.

The coat of arms of San Martín de Trevejo, adopted on 25 November 1991 and 31 August 1992 by the Municipal Council and validated on 23 June 1992, 15 February 1993 and 17 May 1995 by the Assessing Council of Honors and Distinctions of the Government of Extremadura, is prescribed by an Order issued on 24 May 1995 by the Government of Extremadura and published on 8 June 1995 in the official gazette of Extremadura, No. 67, pp. 2,681-2,682 (text). The coat of arms is described as follows:

Coat of arms: Per fess, 1. Gules a Maltese cross argent, 2. Argent a lion purpure. The shield surmounted by a Royal crown closed.
