Seguros MAPFRE (website), the leading Spanish insurance company, was established in 1933 as the Mutua de Accidentes de Propietarios de Fincas Rústicas de España (Mutual for Accidents of Rustic Farms Owners of Spain).

Flag of Seguros MAPFRE

The flag of Seguros MAPFRE, as seen in Barcelona, is white with the company's logo in the middle and the letters "MAPFRE" below the logo, all in red.
The current MAPFRE logo has the carnation emblem in a circle; older ones had it in a rounded square or cartouche, presumabably affecting the then-flag as well.
