Shield Gules, issuant from base a mount Vert, topped by a house Or, seen from the gable and charged with a bendy key and a sinister bendy sword in saltire, both Gules, above a 6-point star Gules.
Meaning:
Mount (representing the Bussen, a hill) and house are canting elements. Key, sword and star are taken from the arms of the Premonstratensian Abbey of (Ober-)Marchtal, local ruler from 1372 till 1803. Key and sword are the attributes of St. Peter and St. Paul, patron saints of the abbey.
