Description of coat of arms:
In a celestial blue shield is a silver (= white) church tower with roof and windows black and standing on top of a green triple mount.
Meaning:
The tower belongs to the local parish church and is a landmark of the municipality Probably in 749 the Hahilinga kin settled down in Oberhaching. On occasion of the 1200-years anniversary the arms were approved. The colours silver (= white) and green are those of the arms of the Benedictine monastery of Tegernsee while silver (= white) and blue are those of the Dukes of Bavaria. The parish of Oberhaching had been administrated by the Benedictines of Tegernsee. The triple mount is not mentioned within source.

This flag is one of the more elusive ones around Munich. The municipality officially denies its existence, perhaps due to the fact that it is unofficial and basically illegal (white-blue is not allowed for Bavarian municipal flags). My only source for this flag was a very small and not overly sharp photograph in the Süddeutsche Zeitung. It seems that the arms on the flag shows a more elaborate shield shape as it was usual in the 1940ies/1950ies.
