Shield Gules a bear rampant Argent climbing a stomp of a tree of the same.
Meaning:
The arms display the pattern of a village seal from the 17th century. The image probably is alluding to the plots of Bärenheide (= heather of bears) and Neugereuth (= new forest clearance). As the tinctures had been unknown, the tinctures of Franken, red and white, were chosen.
