Shield Argent, issuant from base a linden Vert, chief Vert charged with three 6-point stars Argent in fess.
Meaning:
The tree, always considered as a linden by the local people, could be found in a seal of the village mayor from 1930 and on prints on letters, but without shield, probably representing aformer lindenon the local market square. The stars are taken from the arms of the Lords of Güssen upon Güssenberg, whose seat had been near Hermaringen.
