The blossom is considered tob e a cherry blossom. It is alluding to the many orchards surrounding the municipality, where especially cherries, strawberries and horse radish are cultivated. The crozier is alluding to the close relationship between the village and the Augustine Monastery in Neunkirchen upon Brand.
