Blue-white-red with arms at the 'head' of the flag, adopted 02.02.1955 (see my comments on that). The county became a part of Ostallgäu county during the 1972 municipal reform. Sources: Linder and Schmidt 2000, arms image from Stadler 1964-1972.

From Ralf Hartemink's International Civic Arms website:
The arms were granted on February 2, 1955. The lion is taken from the arms of the Benedictine monastery in Irsee. At the same time the lion symbolises the Counts of Ronsberg, who also used an argent [white] lion in their arms. The star is taken from the arms of the city of Kaufbeuren. The leaf is taken from the arms of the monastery in Rottenbuch. The colours of the last quarter are the colours of the monastery in Augsburg, who owned the Buchloe estate in the county.Literature: Stadler 1964-1972.
