It is a green-white-green horizontal tricolour with proportions 1:2:1. The coat of arms is in the middle of the white stripe.

Shield Azure with base Vert, statant on base a stork proper, in chief three 6-point stars Or ordered 1:2, bordure Or of 14 pieces.
Meaning:
The stork in the arms is obviously canting. The 14 segments of the bordure are probably representing the 14 municipalities, which either had merged with Storkow proper or had been incorporated on 26 October 2003. The old arms just displayed the stork in a shield Azure with three 6-point stars Or ordered per fess.

The old flag existed since the 1930ies and was confirmed on 8 January 1992.
