Shield Vert, above a castle Or, beneath five grain ears Or in a bordure of 12 pieces alternating of Argent and Or.
Meaning:
The building is a representation of Steinhöfel Castle. The 12 pieces of the bordure are representing the 12 settlement cores (villages) of the municipality.

Shield quartered of Azure and Argent, 1st quarter a bailiff issuant Argent with waistcoat Gules and hat Argent in traditional costume with a baton topped by a ball Or, 2nd quarter a lion rampant Gules, 3rd quarter a plough share Azure in pale, 4th quarter a grain sheaf Or with two leaves in bend sinister.
Meaning:
Plough shares also appeared in the arms of the villages of Demnitz and Beerfelde. The red lion also appears in the arms of Steinhöfel proper and Tempelberg. Grain ears also appear in the common arms of Gölsdorf and Schönfelde and those of Hasenfelde. The bailiff is taken from the arms of Heinersdorf.
