Shield Gules, in chief a demi-eagle Argent, in base a stone spindle of the same in fess.
Meaning:
The eagle is taken from the arms of the Lords of Adelzhausen, first mentioned as local rulers in 1210. They died out in 1635 and had been in service of the Palatine Counts, which later became Dukes of Bayern. The spindle is taken from the arms of the Eisenreich family. The kin owned large estates in the village in the 15th and 16th century.
