Here is the corrected flag of the municipality of Šumice in the Zlin region (okres Uherske Hradiste) in Czechia. It was approved 5 October 2004 and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech municipal flags 2004.
Description: the fly is red over white; the hoist is quartered red - blue - red - white; the blue field is charged with a yellow patriarchal cross bottony.
