Description of the flag

The flag consists of a blue-yellow-green horizontal tricolour with a yellow bar along the hoist about one-quarter the length of the flag, possibly with a curved edge, on which is a large yellow dollar ($) symbol with two vertical stripes on which is inscribed the name and over which is the city arms.
