The city flag for Brest, the capitol of Brest County, was adopted by
Presidential Decree No. 659 on December 2nd, 2008. On this flag, the city arms
(adopted by the city on January 26, 1991 and registered on June 1st of the same
year), appears in the center white bar. Besides the white bar, two blue bars are
present on the hoist and fly sections. These bars are of equal length and the
overall ratio of the flag is 1x2. There is no specific size for the city arms
when used on the flag. The decree can be found at

Brestgorsvet is (was) a Municipal Unitary Enterprise of the City of Brest. There was proposal in 2015 to reconstruction of it, but I have no information if the enterprise still exist or not. [Ed note: This cannot be confirmed as of 9-13-2022]
Emblem: In the blue field of the baroque shield there is an image of a white bow with an arrow pointing upwards, above it is the inscription "GORSVET", to the right and left of the shield there are two yellow street lamps. Registered in the State Heraldic Register on September 17, 2008. Registration number B-696.
Flag: A rectangular panel of purple color, in the center of the front side of which the emblem of the PMC "Brestgorsvet" is depicted. Registered in the State Heraldic Register on September 17, 2008. Registration number B-697.
