A green field, with the upper fly blue bearing an orange semidisk with the works SAPEZAL - MT arched around it. Across the green field, five coloured stripes yellow-white-blue-white-yellow flaring toward the lower hoist, giving the appearance of a white road extending toward a sunset on the horizon.
