Chattogram City Corporation is one of 12 City Corporation in Bangladesh. It was known as Chittagong City Council until 2019. A video (1:40 mark, unclear image) shows that the flag is green with the corporation emblem on it. The municipal website shows a picture with red banner with corporation emblem, which might or might not be related to any kind of different color flag.
