The Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (ATUC, Azərbaycan Həmkarlar
İttifaqları Konfederasiyası) is the national trade union organization of
Azerbaijan. The ATUC encompasses more than 17,000 trade units across the
country, has a membership of more than 1.3 million, and is headquartered in the
capital city of Baku, according to the
Wikipedia entry. The
ATUC is itself a member of the International Trade Union Confederation. According to the
organization's website (translated into English through Google), the
organization was founded on 5 February 1993. On 24 February 1994, the law "On
Trade Unions" was adopted by the Azerbaijan government and went into effect.

The flag consists of the organization's circular seal centered on a white field.

While the first source does display the flag with yellow crescent and star, the other two display flags on which these are white. That means that there seem to exist two variants of the flag, one of which is either unofficial or an earlier official one.
